Terms of Use

OmniScores is a browser-based platform that lets you create and manage live sports score overlays for use with streaming software such as OBS Studio, Streamlabs, PRISM Live Studio, and others.

The service includes a real-time control panel (to update scores) and an overlay URL (a transparent browser source you add to your stream). Both are accessible from any modern browser — no app download or installation is required.

Supported sports include:

• Volleyball
• Basketball
• Baseball
• Soccer
• Hockey
• American Football

You must create an account to use OmniScores. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@omniscores.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

OmniScores offers free and paid subscription plans. See our Pricing page for current plan details and pricing.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us at support@omniscores.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. We do not prorate or refund unused time in a billing period.

Refunds are granted at our discretion. We are under no obligation to issue a refund and our decision is final. If a refund is approved, any payment processing fees incurred will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.

You agree to use OmniScores only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. The following are prohibited:

Prohibited content

You may not use OmniScores to display or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic.
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.

Prohibited behavior

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
• Interfering with the availability or performance of the service for other users.
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the service without our written permission.
• Using automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the service beyond its published API.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

OmniScores and its design, code, branding, and visual assets are owned by Omnivest Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Content you enter into OmniScores (team names, logos, scores) remains yours. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the service to you.

You may delete your account at any time from your Account settings.

We may suspend or terminate free accounts for any reason without prior notice. For paid accounts in good standing, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before terminating your account without cause. We may terminate any account immediately for violations of these terms.

On termination, your boards and account data will be deleted from our systems. Stripe-managed billing records are retained separately as required by applicable law.

OmniScores is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We make no guarantees about the uptime, latency, or accuracy of real-time score synchronization. Network conditions outside our control may affect performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omnivest Inc., its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of OmniScores, including loss of data, stream downtime, or revenue loss, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using OmniScores you agree to the practices described there.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
